For the second time, the Land
Transportation Office opened its doors to the PD Living seminar
conducted for 189 employees in its central office in Quezon City. Held
on May 6 and 13, the seminar was also attended by three members
of the Professional Ministry of PCCC who observed how the PDL Seminar
is done and to establish “connections/ties” with the LTO
authorities for the follow-up of interested participants.
At the end of the seminar, 88
employees prayed to receive Christ while 64 said they want to be
part of a Small Group to help them live out the purposes of God in
their lives. On the other hand, 32 are not willing or available
to be part of a Small Group.
A brief meeting among the
facilitators was held to challenge the group to continue leading their
Small Groups as they are provided training. They accepted the challenge
and provided their contact numbers. LTO Personnel Officer Mayette
Canlas allowed the group to meet from 3-4 pm every Tuesday.
She also said a venue where the group could
meet will be provided.
